Groveland Area Extrication by Brian Gamble

Lake County Firefighters & Groveland Firefighters worked for about 45 minutes to free a man trapped in his semi after it rolled over on SR 19 on Friday afternoon (April 19, 2013). It appeared the cargo load of lumber shifted resulting in the accident. Lake County Firefighters & Groveland Firefighters had to cut apart the cab to remove the man and airlifted him to the closest trauma center. The patient was last reported in stable condition. No other vehicles were involved in the accident. E83, E82, E52, SQ76, UT76, BC 90, BC20, E94, E95, EMS 311 & DC 2, & AIRCARE 2 units responded and assisted in this extrication.
